Absolut Personal Training, comes to you, or is based out of CrossFit gosford at West Gosford.

I use top of the range equipment and I will provide you with the necessary tools and coaching to get all your weight and fitness goals achieved.
We cater to all age groups and train to all levels of fitness

Getting Started

My FREE Introductory SESSION is a complimentary training session that will give you a chance to learn a lot more about my program and actually experience a Workout at our facility. Its purpose is to help me serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness levels and experience. If you are satisfied, you can choose one of several payment options and choose what fitness regime that suits you. Whether that be my group fitness program /classes or one on one sessions.

What to expect

You can expect the unexpected! Every training day is a new day, with a new challenge. I use Barbells, Bumper Plates, Kettlebells, Sandbags, Medicine Balls, Polymetric Jumping Boxes, Rowers, Dumbells skipping ropes amongst others things to keep it fun and motivating.
Whether you are a first responder emergency services, corporate CEO, self-employed, military, athlete or a house wife, these workouts will make you functionally strong and mentally tough.


My objective is to give you the gift of genuine fitness and health. I believe that fitness should be for everyone from kids to seniors and not only for athletes and the wealthy. Absolut Personal Training fosters an environment of friendly and fun training with the aim of achieving your goals weather it be weight loss, agility, fitness or strength training.

I specialise in group classes and one on one coaching. I base my training on all personnel fitness levels, health, specials needs, making sure to be conscience of age and injuries.
I make all workouts scalable to suit all levels of fitness. And I provide you with simple but essential training and techniques to get you the fittest that you can be, in the shortest possible time.

•    I do One on One personnel private lessons ( Either at your home, the gym, or a park)
•    Group sessions – run from the gym in a class atmosphere
•    Group sessions – run outdoors, usually in parks in a group.

•    At workplace or At a Specific Location

I come to you

INSTRUCTION & GUIDANCE

Instruction & Guidance - I will show you EXACTLY how to do every exercise SAFE and correctly (you won't be one of the countless people wasting their time using ineffective and dangerous exercise form.)

Motivation & Support - I will give you mental, physical and emotional support which is CRUCIAL in making consistent progress (When most people start an exercise program on their own they quit within 60 days... I’m here to make sure this DOESN'T happen to YOU). Everybody has days where they're not feeling 100%, even the best of us. That's why I’m here to lift you up, cheer you on and give you a kick in the BUTT when you need it.

Nutritional Instruction - You'll discover which foods to eat and which foods to stay away from (It's probably NOT the foods you think)

Fun Workouts - If you don't enjoy something you probably won't stick with it... so I make SURE you have a damn good time during your workouts (You're actually gonna LOOK FORWARD to working out for once!)
